Distinct from Traditional Consulting

Traditional consulting generally deals with change. That is, an expert in the field surveys an organization and makes recommendations for implementing changes in personnel, processes or systems. While such recommendations may be valid and even perceived as "correct" they usually make relatively little difference. Over time "business as usual" returns quickly.

The Business of Leading Method deals with transformation, transforming one's relationship to the circumstances such that issues fall away, disappear, not just change. As a result, a whole new possibility is brought into being that was not available before. A possibility that can impact the results produced.
